Developed by The Tatham Group, Boot Camp is a business simulator that demonstrates the journey to becoming a process-managed enterprise.

During the two and a half day interactive experience, 17-20 participants run a fully operational business and experience the frustrations of trying to meet customer demands, perform tasks, achieve goals and work as a team to apply current management techniques to the most pressing business issue.

Instinctively, each person draws upon his or her successful skills, proven in the daily conduct of their own business to try and fix the various problems. They learn that intuitive responses lack coordination and cause a total loss of the business.

As a result, participants are forced to learn a new way of viewing their enterprise so that they are able to see opportunities previously hidden in its complexity.
